Razaul Haque

Razaul Haque (“Raza”) is a business attorney who partners with entrepreneurs, lenders, and growing companies to navigate complex legal and financial matters with confidence. His practice focuses on commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise law, with a strong emphasis on drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts that support business goals and manage risk. Raza has extensive experience advising clients on asset-based lending, private financing transactions, and corporate structuring.  

Raza also counsels emerging and established franchise brands on compliance, disclosure documents, and operations. Clients value Raza’s responsiveness, clarity, and practical business insight, making him a trusted legal partner from formation to acquisition and beyond. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to his legal practice, Raza serves as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Chicago-Kent and volunteers as a coach for the school’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Program. Outside the office, Raza enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, exploring Chicago’s house and techno scene, and playing basketball with friends.
